Returns & Exchange Policy (Updated 2025)

All sale, seasonal, or clearance items are final sale. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

To qualify for a return (damaged/incorrect items only):
• Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with these conditions.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for customer preference, scent dislikes, or skin reactions. Always patch-test before full use.


Shipping & Handling (Updated 2025)
 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 Shipping Method: USPS Priority Shipping, UPS (2–3 business days)
 Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on item weight and shipping destination.
 Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

We do not guarantee delivery dates, especially for weather delays, USPS, UPS disruptions, or international customs delays. Shipping insurance is available at checkout for added protection.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to:
• PO Boxes with expedited service
• APO/FPO addresses
• U.S. territories outside the contiguous states

Please Note: We are not responsible for:
• Packages marked “delivered” by USPS but not received
• Delays caused by third-party shipping providers


Taxes

All applicable state and local taxes (8%) are calculated at checkout for orders within Ohio and other tax jurisdictions.
