Returns/Exchange Policy

All sale/clearance items are final. There are no returns or exchanges.

Taxes

A 8% sales tax is applied to all transactions.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 2 P.M. Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day. Processing time begins when your order is submitted. Once they are shipped, they will be mailed (2-3) day Priority Shipping with the United States Postal Service. Shipping Rates vary depending on size of the products and the region you reside in. Once an order is processed and shipped, a tracking number is emailed to the email the customer provided. The USPS provides an option to have shipping insurance. We do not guarantee you will receive your merchandise.

Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise. Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by standard delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options. Please see items with special shipping guidelines.
